Section 3(1) in The Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh Act, 1966
(1)As from the appointed day, there shall be added to the State of Madhya Pradesh the territories specified in the First Schedule which shall thereupon cease to form part of the State of Rajasthan.
