Section 3(2)(d) in U.P. Sugarcane (Regulation Supply and Purchase) Act, 1953

(d)the Secretary to the State Government in the Industries Department or such other officer as may be nominated by the State Government. He shall also be ex-offcio Secretary of the Board.
