Section 2(1) in Functioning of the Board of Trustees Rules
(1)The Board of Trustees of a religious institution shall meet ordinarily once in a month and more often, if need be, for the transaction of the business of the religious institution. Meetings shall be convened by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees:Provided that not more than three months shall lapse between the date of one meeting of the Board of Trustees and that of the next.
