Section 72(2) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(2)The Development Authority may require that a building may not be erected or re-erected for for more than one occupancy or use or contrary to such mixed uses as the Development Authority may determine consistent with the provisions of this Act or any other law for the time being in force.
