Section 34(1) in Himalayan University, Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh) Act, 2012
(1)The university shall declare the results of every examination conducted by it within sixty days from the last date of the examination for that particular course or within such time period as may be mentioned in the statute;Provided that, if for any reason whatsoever, the university is unable to finally declare the results of any examination within the aforesaid period of sixty days, it shall submit a report incorporating the reasons for such delay to the State Government. The State Government may, thereon issue such directions as it may deem fit.
