Section 44AE(1) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935
(1)Notwithstanding anything in the Indian Registration Act, 1908 (16 of 1908), it shall not be necessary for any officer of a Land Development Bank to appear in person or by any agent at any registration office in any proceedings connected with the registration of any instrument executed by him in his official capacity or to sign as provided in Section 58 of that Act.
