|(Vishal Anand) | |(Indu Pokhriyal) | |Court Master | |Court Master | (Signed Order is placed on the file) IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION REVIEW PETITION(C) NO.3203/2013 IN SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION(C) NO.26212/2012 P. SUNDARAMURTHY Petitioner(s) VERSUS U.O.I & ANR Respondent(s) ORDER This review petition has been filed against Order dated 18th October, 2013 whereby the Special Leave Petition was dismissed.

Despite the fact that there is a delay of 26 days in filing the review petition for which no satisfactory explanation has been furnished, we have considered the review petition on merits. In our opinion, no case for review of Order dated 18th October, 2013 is made out. Consequently, the review petition is dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
