Having perused the record of the case and without going into the merits of the case, we allow the transfer of Marriage Petition No.A-2890 of 2014 titled Sunnykumar Prakashchand Kumat v. Monika Sunnykumar Kumat @ Monika Naval Singh Mehta, pending before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai to the Family Court, District Rajasmand, Rajasthan. The transferor Court shall forthwith transmit Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by Vinod Kumar Date: 2015.12.08 the entire record relating to the aforesaid case to the 16:38:23 IST Reason: transferee Court for deciding the case in accordance with law.

The transfer petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
