Section 70(1) in Siliguri Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
(1)All Sinking Funds established under this Act shall be subject to annual examination by the auditors appointed under section 77, who shall ascertain whether the cash and the value of the securities belonging thereto are equal to the amount which should be at the credit of such funds had investments under section 67 been regularly made and had the interest accruing on account of such investments been regularly obtained. .
