Section 29(7) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Prabodhak Service Rules, 2008.
(7)Except as otherwise expressly provided in this rule, the conditions of eligibility for promotion, constitution of the promotion Committee and procedure for selection shall be the same as prescribed else-where in these rules.
