Section 47(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(1)The presiding authority may prohibit any member from voting on or taking part in the discussion of any subject in which he believes such member to have, apart from its general application to the public, any direct or indirect pecuniary interest by himself or as partner.
