Section 4(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedure for preferring appeal before the Appellate Authority) Regulations, 2006
(1)The Appellate Authority after hearing the parties shall as far as may be practicable pass appropriate order within a period of 120 days from the date of preferring appeal by the appellant.
