(2)Every appointment under sub-section (1) shall be made from the list of persons prepared from time to time by a committee of the Board, to be called the Appointment Committee, consisting of the [Director] [Substituted by Act 1 of 1995 w.e.f. 1.6.1995.], the Vice- Chairman and two members who are not ex-officio members.
