Section 32(4) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(4)The Director of Extension Education shall hold office for a period of four years and shall be eligible for re-appointment for a further period of four years :Provided that no person shall hold office of the Director of Extension Education for more than eight years in aggregate.Provided further that the Director of Extension Education shall retire from the post if, during the term of his office including the term of reappointment, he attains the age of sixty years.
