Section 4(1) in Printing of One Rupee Currency Notes Rules, 2016
(1)Obverse: - (a) It contains the words ^Hkkjr ljdkj^ above the words "Government of India" with the bilingual signature of Shri. Ratan P. Watal, Finance Secretary and with the replica of New Rupee One coin with `Rs.' symbol of 2016 issued with ^^lR;eso t;rs** and capital Inset letter `L' in numbering panel.(b)The numbering shall be in black at right hand bottom portion of the Note.
