1. The instant Criminal revision petition under Section 397/401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with Section 19(2) of Family Courts Act, 1984 as amended up to date against the impugned ex-parte judgment dated 7th July 2018 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in Maintenance Case no. 12/13 titled Meenakshi Panwar v. Karan Panwar wherein the learned Family Court was pleased to grant final maintenance @ Rs. 9,000/- per month and litigation expenses of Rs. 11,000/- and impugned order dated 19th March 2021 passed by learned Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:GAURAV SHARMA Signing Date:25.01.2022 17:02:57 Principal Judge dismissing the application of the petitioner under Order 9 Rule 13 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner/revisionist, on instructions, undertakes that the petitioner/revisionist shall pay 50% of the entire arrears of the maintenance at the rate of Rs. 9,000/- per month in pursuance to the order dated 19th March 2021 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patiala House Court, New Delhi in Maintenance Case No. 12/ 13.

3. It is directed that that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner/revisionist shall file an affidavit along with the receipt, after the payment of the said amount, before the Registry of this Court.

4. List on 30th March 2022.
