Section 12(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)The Authority shall communicate its decision on the plan including granting or refusing permission within two months from the date of receipt of the application under Regulation 7 in Form-V or Form-VI as the case may be.
