Section 126(1) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(1)No person shall deposit or cause or permit to be deposited or throw upon or along any public street, public place,land belonging to the Development Authority, or land on the bank of a water course any solid wastes except in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
