Godavari District and as confirmed in Crl.A.No.28/2017 dt.28-04-2023 on the file of
the Ill Additional Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Kakinada , Pending disposal of
CRLRC No. 400 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.
The court while directing issue Of notice tO the Respondents herein to show
cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following
order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed tO be the receipt Of notice in the
case).

ftln the circumstances, the Sentence Of imprisonment alone iS suspended, pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Case, and the petitioner herein is directed to surrender before the learned lV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada, within a period of two (2) weeks from today and, on such surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,OOO/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned lV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada' and also on condition Of his depositing 20% of the cheque amount within a Period Of eight (8) weeks from today. ln default of deposit of cheque amount, as ordered supra, the interim suspension granted today, shall stand cancelled automatically without further reference to the court," ~ sD/-K.a.
