11. Setting up field units.
- The University shall develop field units for health systems research for assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of health care delivery programmes and disseminating the benefits of new techniques and practices and the State Agencies shall render all necessary co-operation for this purpose.Chapter-III Officers of the University
