Section 13(4) in Tamil Nadu Co-Operative Handloom Weavers Family Pension Rules, 1992
(4)That the Assistant Director shall satisfy himself about the correctness of the particulars and the eligibility of the nominee or nominees, the legal heir or heirs to receive the pension. He shall then forward the application with enclosures and his recommendation to the Authorised Officer.
