Section 72(22)(i) in The Punjab Co-operative Societies Rules, 1963

(i)Any deficiency of price which may happen on a re-sale held under Clause (j) of sub-rule (11) by reason of the purchaser's default, and all expenses [incurred on such re-sale shall be certified by the Sale Officer to the Recovery Officer and shall at the instance of either the decree-holder or the defaulter be recoverable from the defaulting purchaser under the provisions of this rule.
