82. Completion of courses of students in colleges affiliated to Gujarat University.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations made thereunder, any student of a college affiliated to this University who, immediately before the date on which Section 5 comes into force was studying or was eligible for any examination of the Gujarat University, shall be permitted to complete his course of preparation therefore, and the University shall provide for such period and in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes for the instruction, teaching, training and examination of such students in accordance with the courses of studies of the Gujarat University.
