Section 8(1) in Tamil Nadu Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018
(1)Every application for a certificate of registration shall be made to the Commissioner for Welfare of the Differently Abled in Form-III in Schedule-I through District Differently Abled Welfare Officer along with his inspection report and specific recommendations.
