Section 27(1) in The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab Act, 2006
(1)Subject to the regulations made under this Act, every officer or employee of the University shall be appointed in accordance with a written contract, which shall be lodged with the University and a copy thereof shall be furnished to the officer or employee concerned.
