Section 2(f) in The Orissa State Electricity Board Employee's Provident Fund Rules, 1965
(f)"Continuos Service" shall be uninterrupted service under the Board including the period covered by authorised leave due to sickness, accident whilst on duty etc. and strike which is not illegal.
