Section 21 in The Khadi Mark Regulations, 2013

21. Right of the Commission for certification.

- Notwithstanding anything contained above, the Commission shall have the right to perform the functions enumerated in regulation 20 above, if the accredited agencies fail to perform their functions in the event of any deficiency in the functions of accredited agencies.
