Section 138(1) in The High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2007
(1)All cases shall be listed for admission alongwith interlocutory applications seeking interim relief (s), if any, chronologically in accordance with the date of filing. No matter shall be listed for admission out of turn unless so directed by the concerned Court or the Chief Justice in this regard, notwithstanding the filing of an interlocutory application for interim reliefs).
