Section 35(4) in Haryana Municipal Corporation Election Rules, 1994
(4)The Presiding Officer shall in addition to perForming any other duties imposed upon him by these rules be in general charge of all arrangements at the polling station and may issue orders as to the manner in which persons shall be admitted to the polling station and generally for the preservation of peace and order at or in the vicinity of the Polling Station.
