Section 30(1) in The National Capital Region Planning Board Act, 1985
(1)The Central Government may direct its Town and Country Planning Organisation to provide, on such term and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon, such technical assistance to the Board as that Government may consider necessary and the Government of a participating State may direct the Town Planning Department of that Government to make such technical assistance to the Board as that Government may consider necessary.
