(3)It shall be the duty of the Vice-Chancellor to ensure that the directive of the State Government, if any, and the provisions of the Act, the Statutes, the Ordinances and the Regulations are strictly observed and that the decisions of the authorities, bodies and committees which are consistent with the Act, the Statutes, the Ordinance or the Regulations are properly implemented.
