Section 17B(a) in Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937
(a)for the manufacture of liquor for human consumption -(i)for the purpose of sale to persons and institutions who hold permits or licences for sale of such liquor ;(ii)for other purposes permitted under this Act ; or
