The management of pasture reserves and control of. the cattle admitted to them shall be in the hands of the Forest Officers in the case of forests managed by the Forest Department and the forest panchayats in the case of forests handed over to them for management.Rules and Conditions Regarding the issue of Grazing Permits(G.
