The O.A. No.1741/2013 had been disposed in terms of the order dated 7.11.2013 with directions to the respondents to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner. Against the delay in disposal, this C.P. was filed, but learned counsel for petitioner submits that the appellate authority has since disposed of the appeal vide order dated 13.1.2014 and seeks liberty to challenge this particular order now passed by the appellate authority in fresh proceedings as per law.
2. With liberty as above, C.P. is disposed of.
