ORAL JUDGMENT
Date : 28-03-2019 Writ petition has been filed seeking enhancement of his honorarium for the duties being performed as Computer data entry operator on a contractual basis.
During pendency of the writ proceeding the admitted position is that Rs. 7,649/- per month honorarium has been enhanced to Rs. 15000/- per month.
It is submitted by petitioners' counsel that this does not take care of the grievance of the petitioner and that seeking parity with one Mr. Amitabh Sinha who is getting higher emolument, the petitioners would approach the respondent no.
4. In the event such an application is made within four weeks, it is needless to say that claim of the petitioners should be Patna High Court CWJC No.3039 of 2016 dt.28-03-2019 3/3 considered by respondent no. 4 by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four months thereafter.
Writ petition is disposed off.
