State of Madhya Pradesh - Subsection

Section 53(1)(i) in The M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956

(i)In case of meeting of the Corporation the Municipal Commissioner and in case of meeting of the Mayor-in-Council or any of the Committee, the officer-in-charge shall arrange to record the minutes in accordance with the decision taken in the meeting on any subject just after a decision is taken on such subject;
