6. Nodal Agency:
- The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration shall be the Nodal Agency for the purpose of this Act and the Agencyinay from time to time issue such orders and instructions as may be necessary to implement the provisions of the Act and the rules made thereunder and to achieve the object of the Act.
