Section 17(1) in Veterinary Council of India (Procedure for recognition and de-recognition of Veterinary Colleges and Veterinary Qualifications) Rules, 2017
(1)The Veterinary Institutions or Veterinary Colleges which are already included or Veterinary Qualifications which are already granted in the First schedule,, shall be inspected by the Council from time to time, in accordance with the provisions of sections 19 or 20 of the Act and the Veterinary Council of India (Inspectors and Visitors) Regulations, 1991, to oversee the compliance of these rules and minimum standard of veterinary education regulations.
