Section 1 in Chhattisgarh Dangerous Machines (Regulation) Rules, 2016

1. Short title and commencement.

(1)These rules may be called the Chhattisgarh Dangerous Machines (Regulation) Rules 2016.
(2)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification specify, and different dates may be specified for different rules.
