Section 9(1)(f) in The Delhi Water Board Act, 1998

(f)Take up or promote any other measure necessary for or ancillary to the functions of the Board laid down under this Act, including negotiation with other Boards or similar authorities, or the Central or any State Government, and entering into agreements with them or the formulation and implementation of scheme, oe research and development works.
