(4)The Government may, from time to time, by notification constitute a Selection Committee, consisting of at least three officers of the Government and two non-officials who have sufficient experience in the functioning of urban local bodies and different Selection Committees may be constituted for different categories of Services :Provided that at least one of the members of a Selection Committee shall belong to the Scheduled Castes.
