The writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct the "Adal Padal" dance program on 08.09.2014 from 09.00 p.m. to 01.00 a.m. in pursuance to the Kumbabesega festival of the temple for "Sri Vada Badrakaliamman, Mariamman, Valamburi Vinayagar, Subramanian and Sri Karakulamuniyandar" in Regunathapuram Village, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukottai District.
2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4.In the affidavit it has been stated that the petitioner, who is residing at Regunathapuram, Karambakudi, Pudukkottai District and others have decided to conduct the Kumbabesega festival of the temple "Sri Vada Badrakaliamman, Mariamman, Valamburi Vinayagar, Subramanian and Sri Karakulamuniyandar" in Regunathapuram Village, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukottai District and fixed the date of celebration from 07.09.2014 to 09.09.2014. It is further stated that they have decided to conduct "Aadal Padal" programme on 08.09.2014 and hence, he approached the second respondent on 06.08.2014 to provide police protection and the second respondent did not consider the same. Aggrieved over the same, the present writ petition has been filed.
5.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on an earlier occasion, this Court by accepting the submission of the learned Government Advocate, imposed 23 conditions to conduct Aadal Padal programme in W.P.(MD).No.3528 of 2014, and if the same conditions are imposed the respondent will consider the application of the petitioner. The condition imposed by this Court on an earlier writ petition is as follows:

6. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would abide by all the above said 23 conditions, which are enumerated by the second respondent Police.
7. In view of the above, the second respondent Police is directed to give necessary permission by imposing the above said conditions for conducting the festival. Further, this Court directs the second respondent police to pass necessary orders on or before 31.08.2014 incorporating the conditions as enumerated above.
