Section 1 in Right To Fair Compensation and Transparency In Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Karnataka Amendment) Act, 2019
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Karnataka Amendment) Act, 2019.(2)It shall come into force at once.
