Section 19(a) in West Bengal Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1982
(a)the dispute shall immediately by reported to the Secretary who himself or any person authorised by him in this behalf shall settle the same amicably. The dispute shall, as far as possible, be decided on the spot and on the same day.
