Learned counsel for the respondents submits that committee meeting to redress the grievance of the applicants is scheduled to be held on 28.11.2022 and the committee is expected to submit its report to Govt. of India within three months thereafter.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants will be satisfied if respondents are directed to decide the issue qua their grievances in a time bound manner in view of the information provided by learned counsel for the respondents.
Accordingly, this original application is disposed of at the admission stage itself with a direction to respondents to decide the grievances of the applicants within a period of six months.
With these observations, the O.A. stands disposed of.
