Section 6(1) in Calcutta Slum Clearance and Rehabilitation of Slum-Dwellers Act, 1958
(1)On the removal of the occupiers from all huts and other structures in pursuance of the provisions of sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 5, the State Government may take all necessary measures to clear the acquired land by the demolition of all huts and structures therein and to erect thereon buildings according to such plan as may be approved by it.
