Section 2(71) in The Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
(71)"vehicle" includes a carriage, cart, van, dray, truck, hand-cart, bicycle, tricycle, motor car, and every wheeled conveyance which is used or is capable of being used on a street;[(72) "water closet" means a closet used as a privy in which discharges are pushed in or carried off by water, and includes an acqua privy, gas plant, latrine attached with gas plant, a closet of type known as P.R.A.I.
