70. Limitation of capacity of stage carriages and contract carriages
. [Section 96(2)(xv)] - Save with the special permission of the Government, no permit or counter-signatures on the permit shall authorise the conveyance of more than seventy-two passengers, excluding the driver and the conductor in a stage carraige or contract carriage.
