Section 49(5) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(5)The annual accounts and the financial estimates prepared by the Comptroller shall be placed before the Executive Council for approval at its annual meeting, and the Council may pass resolution with reference thereto and communicate the same to the Comptroller, who shall take appropriate action in accordance with such resolution.
