28. Certain persons to be public servant.
- The attendance authority, every person appointed to assist the attendance authority and every person authorised to make complaints under Section 25 shall he deemed to he public servants within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (XLV of 1860).
